A fairly light salad that ends quickly with us every time.

  • 1 Kg green beans
  • 1 onion
  • 1 dill connection
  • 1 clove of garlic
  • salt
  • oil
  • 1 egg yolk for mayonnaise
  • 1 teaspoon mustard
  • juice of 1/2 lemon
  • 1 / 2L oil

RECIPE PREPARATION Green bean salad with mayonnaise:

Wash the green beans, remove the heads and boil with water and salt.

Cut the onion into small pieces and fry in a little oil only until it softens a little.

When it is cooked, drain the beans in a sieve, then cut them into small pieces and put the hardened onion on top of it, but also drained of oil.
